Soft skills are very important nowadays but you can’t learn them by simply reading a book. You have to make your hands dirty and work on the field. Through our projects we give you the opportunity to challenge yourself, learn how to work in a team or how to lead a team, how to create and develop an event in all of its aspects: communication, logistic, corporate relations and fund raising. You will start with little tasks and, with a little bit of time and effort, learn what you are good at and what you like.

Leaders are evaluated on their ability to evoke a following and achieve greater success as a team.

trust each other and learn how their diversity can be enrichment.
